But what Hill is talking about is something else. He’s saying that humans can exponentially enhance their power when they join minds for a common purpose.

Here’s his formula for harnessing the power of the supreme, cosmic mind. When the minds of two people are coordinated in a spirit of harmony, the spiritual units of energy of each mind form an affinity, thereby creating a third mind. This third mind has access to a greater universal power.
