Are You the Captain of Your Ship?

How would it feel if people where calling you, seeking what you offered?  What would it be like to be receiving phone calls, text messages, Facebook private messages and emails from others asking for what you have?

It’s like magnetism or gravity.  People can be drawn to you by an unseen force.  You have the ability to cause people to reach out and make contact with you.

Anyone can become an attractor.  Like everything worth doing well it takes time, attention, application and practice.  It takes a degree of mastery, but it starts with desire.

There is a conscious and subconscious mind possessed by each of us.  Active and passive, volitional and creative .  Also called our voluntary and involuntary faculties. The way we employ our minds determines whether we become attractors or not.

There is nothing new about the dual nature of mind.  It was discussed in ancient teachings dating back to the time of Abraham.  We can’t find much wisdom that goes back further in time.  It’s not a theory.  It works by Law.

The understanding and application of this wisdom is what separates the leaders from the flock of followers.

It’s our mental faculties that separate us from a dog, a pig, a fish or a goat.  We are the only creatures who can consciously choose a thought in the positive Polarity of the voluntary mind and through autosuggestion plant that idea in the fertile ground of the negative Polarity of the involuntary mind.

Think about it your mind like this

Picture a beautiful big 67 foot sloop rigged super yacht sail boat.  See it sitting in the beautiful blue waters of the Caribbean Sea.  The wind is filling its sails.  But there is a problem.  The yacht is being blown towards a rocky shoal. It can be destroyed and sink!

What’s wrong?  There is no captain at the helm.  No one is sailing the boat.

The boat is your subconscious mind.  It is a vehicle that can take you anywhere you choose it to go. But without the guidance from the “Captain”, your conscious mind, it is blown aimlessly where the thoughts and desires of others will take it.

The highest calling

We are creators.  We are able to choose our destiny.  We can be anything we decide to become.  We have the power to have and do whatever we choose.  What are you choosing?
