It’s happened to Al, Anne, Chris, and me. Now it’s happening to Steve.

Sooner or later every leader discovers the problem working with people.
They’re human. People aren’t perfect. They have all kinds of issues.
Have you ever wondered why there are only 1% at the top? It’s not because of heritage, education, geographic location, race, religion or country of origin. You find people of every description in that exclusive club. There are no secrets to success, just eternal Laws of nature.
Don’t look for miracles
By understanding and applying those Natural Laws along with the Principles embedded in the Creative Method anyone can transmute desire into reality.
When a strong desire is mixed with a decision and backed by faith, strengthened with persistence, aided by the power of a Mastermind, who bring organized Planning and coordinated effort in a spirit of harmony, it is almost guaranteed the desire will be transmuted into a physical reality.
The Creative Method
This method is available to anyone with the faith and courage to use it. Did you find the stumbling blocks? It’s where so many fall down.
Every leader is in the position they’re in because they’ve exercised self determination. They formed an idea of what they wanted and fanned that flame of desire into an white hot burning decision to have what they wanted. They didn’t allow any obstacles to stop them from achieving their dream.
In the quest to build a transformational team every Leaders greatest challenge is finding other high caliber, focused, talented people to join them in their vision. Every leader must have the assistance of others to accomplish any great task.
Here is the key
Have a majestic vision. Think great thoughts. Make big plans and take bold action. No one is inspired by a leader with small plans. Be courageous in the face of adversity and never allow temporary setbacks to prevent you from moving in the direction of you goals. By becoming a leader, you will attract other leaders to participate in your vision.
What Steve discovered this week is something every leader learns. Very few are ready to step into leadership. It takes strength, stamina, an indomitable spirit and endurance. It requires doing things others fail to do. It can be lonely and at times disappointing.
Those ready to wear the cloak of leadership are few and far between. People are often weak and indecisive. Even those we hoped had the fortitude to lead.
The mark of a great leader is how they lift others up when they stumble. Almost everyone gets weak at some point. When you extend your hand to help them back up you establish a deeper bond, even when your hand is brushed off or rejected.
Leadership is a process. It doesn’t suddenly appear out of nowhere. It has to be earned, but it’s easiest to achieve by surrounding yourself with other leaders.
That’s what we do together in the Wealth Creation Mastermind. If you are on the path to becoming a stronger leader I highly recommend you join our weekly Attraction Marketing Coaching Webinar. Here’s your invitation.
Upward
Excellent message in that we have to remember to help others and lift them up, not push them down or away because they don’t meet our expectations, on our schedule. We all are human, and I agree the greatest sign of a Leader is one that puts his people first and goes above and beyond what others will do, to guide, show, teach, and lift others to heights they never believed they could achieve! That’s been my approach anyway. Thank you for sharing!
Leadership starts with self. While none of us are perfect we can attract others to our vision when and only when we ourself;yes are committed to our vision. Thank you John, you bring more value than I could ever ask for! i am so happy and grateful to be working on self and in business with you!
Ha! Those pesky people!
